Information We Do NOT Collect (Manufacturing & Commercial Data):
We operate strictly as a digital provider of formulation data. While you may choose to input your own supplier or manufacturing data into our platform for your own convenience, we do not monitor, audit, or process this information for our own use, nor do we collect external data regarding your physical manufacturing operations, lab testing results, food safety compliance (e.g., FSSAI audits), or commercial sales metrics. All real-world manufacturing data, outcomes, and business operations remain entirely outside the scope of our Service and are your sole responsibility.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of the services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps, and online resources.

These services do not use your data to train their foundational models, but your inputs are processed on their servers to generate responses.

We fiercely protect the privacy, trade secrets, and business interests of our Purchasers. The identities of our Users, their purchase histories, and their business affiliations are classified as highly confidential. We will never disclose, share, publish, or sell our client lists to competitors, third parties, or use them in public marketing materials without your explicit, written consent.
- Cross-Border Data Transfers: When you use the AI Formulation Assistant, your data (batch details and prompts) may be processed on servers located outside India by third-party LLM providers. We ensure that any such cross-border transfers comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and that recipient entities maintain adequate data protection standards.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but this may prevent you from using some core features of our platform. Essential cookies (such as authentication sessions) are required for the Service to function and do not require opt-in consent. Non-essential analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are subject to your consent preferences, which can be managed via your browser settings.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
