• Since we provide a digital service and digital access rights, absolutely no physical products, whole spices, blended masalas, or printed materials will be shipped to you.

2. How to Access Your Purchase

• Instant Cloud-Based Access: No shipping or waiting is required. Upon a successful transaction, your purchased formulas, AI credits, or subscription upgrades are instantly unlocked in your account dashboard.

3. Delivery Issues

In the rare event that your purchased Formula, AI credits, or subscription upgrade is not reflected in your account within 1 hour of successful payment, please contact support@masalarecipe.in. We will investigate and ensure delivery within 24 working hours (approximately 3 business days) of receiving your complaint. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will initiate a full refund of the affected transaction.

4. Service Availability
